ARIA #1 Chart Awards

The ARIA #1 Chart Awards, established in 2002, acknowledge those Australian recording artists, and their record companies, who attain the coveted #1 position on the ARIA album, singles and music DVD charts.

Not only is the award designed to raise the public's awareness of Australian music, but it also recognises the business skills of Australian record companies involved in reaching the elusive #1 position.

It's no surprise that the ARIA charts illustrate Australians buying Australian music, as our home grown music plays a significant role in our culture. Below is a listing of all the winners since the Awards began.
