Australian Recording Industry Association Limited (ARIA) is the organiser of the 2025 ARIA Innovator event (the Event). These Terms and Conditions relate to your attendance at the Event. Please read these Terms and Conditions before accepting any tickets for the Event. By accepting the tickets, you and any ticket holders confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- All tickets issued for the Event are subject to these Terms and Conditions, the ARIA Privacy Collection Statement and the ARIA Privacy Policy.
- Application for tickets will open [9:00am AEDT] 30 October 2024 and close [5:00pm AEDT] 2 December 2024. To apply for tickets, persons must follow instructions from ARIA and provide information as requested. Failure to provide information may prevent tickets from being reserved or issued.
- All ticket holders and attendees at the Event agree to comply with the ARIA Behaviour Benchmark and (if applicable) the ARIA Code of Conduct. Attendees agree to comply with any safety instructions or terms and conditions imposed by ARIA or the venue.
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets cannot be offered for sale or used in any incentives, promotions, advertising or competitions. ARIA reserves the right to cancel any tickets that breach this condition. If you are unable to attend the Event and would like to transfer the ticket to another person, please contact ARIA.
- Attendees must provide valid tickets for entry to the Event. ARIA reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not have a valid ticket.
- All ticketholders and attendees acknowledge that the Event will be filmed, and agree that their likeness, voice and/or image may be photographed and/or filmed at the Event. Ticketholders and attendees agree that any photographs or recordings and individual’s names may be used by ARIA in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity in relation to the Event and ARIA’s activities.
- All attendees at the Event acknowledge that there may be risks associated with attending the Event. ARIA and the venue will take all reasonable measures to minimise risks and look after attendees, but all attendees accept the risks associated with attending the Event and agree to follow any safety protocols in place for the Event and follow all guidance (including public health orders and recommendations).
- Although all reasonable measures will be undertaken to safeguard attendees at the Event, illness or injury can occur. To the extent permitted by law, ARIA disclaims all liability for any loss, illness, injury or damage to any person or property at the Event, including but not limited to loss or damaged personal belongings.
- ARIA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Event or change the lineup of speakers. To the extent permitted by law, ARIA is not responsible or liable for any costs associated with travel, accommodation, loss of enjoyment or any other expenditure incurred by an attendee at the Event, even if such costs arise as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or changes to the Event.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and all parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. ARIA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on this webpage.
