ARIA Amplified Super Fan Zone 2024 – PRIVACY COLLECTION STATEMENT
ARIA is committed to protecting your privacy and handling all personal information collected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Collection Statement explains what personal information ARIA will collect in the entry form for the ARIA Amplified Super Fan Zone 2024 Competition, the purpose of its collection and how it will be stored and handled by ARIA.
Type of Information
As part of the entry process to win tickets to the ARIA Amplified Super Fan Zone for the 2024 ARIA Awards Red Carpet , ARIA will request and collect personal information about you, including your name, date of birth, mailing address and other contact details.
PURPOSE and USE
The ARIA Amplified Super Fan Zone 2024 competition gives individuals the opportunity to win a double pass to the ARIA Amplified Super Fan Zone for the 2024 ARIA Awards Red Carpet. The entry form requests certain personal information from you to assist ARIA in carrying out the following primary functions:
- to determine the eligibility of entrants to the competition;
- to review and judge entries;
- to contact and deliver tickets to winners of the competition;
- to contact entrants about the ARIA Amplified Super Fan Zone or the 2024 ARIA Awards; and
- to provide entrants with information about the event, ARIA and relevant music industry matters.
If you do not want to share certain personal information with ARIA, please contact ARIA to discuss alternative options. If you choose not to share certain information with ARIA, please be aware it may not be possible for ARIA to process the application.

For these application forms, ARIA is using Microsoft Forms. Use of Microsoft Forms is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement and Privacy Statement. For customers in Australia, Microsoft stores data within Australia.
Raw data and personal information collected via the forms will only be accessible by authorised ARIA personnel, who will only use this information for the approved purposes set out above and are bound by confidentiality constraints. ARIA will not provide the personal information collected from you to anyone else, unless otherwise indicated above, you have given consent for us to do this, or we are authorised or required to do so by law.
ARIA will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your personal information will be stored on a password protected database and password protected files which are secured from unauthorised access.
