ARIA Awards Content Submission Terms and Conditions
I confirm that I am authorised to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity submitting the materials (Content Provider). The Content Provider agrees that:
ARIA may use the materials the Content Provider has submitted (eg videos, bios, audio files, cover artwork, images, social posts) (Content), for inclusion in the ARIA Awards program (including cutdown versions) (ARIA Awards program), ARIA’s online and social media channels and for the promotion of ARIA and the ARIA Awards.
ARIA may provide the Content to its sponsors, broadcasters, streaming partners, media partners and other promotional partners involved with the ARIA Awards (ARIA Awards Partners) for use in connection with the ARIA Awards and ARIA only.
ARIA and the ARIA Awards Partners may use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, promote and display the Content throughout the world in perpetuity and in any media and format, including any future media not yet in existence solely in connection with the ARIA Awards, ARIA Awards Program, ARIA and the promotion of ARIA and the ARIA Awards.
Content Provider acknowledges that ARIA and the ARIA Awards Partners are under no obligation to use any of the Content, and that ARIA has the sole discretion and final decision in determining whether to accept or use any of the Content, and the manner and media in which it is used.
ARIA will use reasonable efforts to include any credits provided with the Content, but cannot guarantee that credits will be included in all uses.
The Content Provider warrants that:
- it owns or controls all rights necessary to submit the Content and grant the rights set out in these terms and conditions;
- ARIA's and the ARIA Awards Partners' use of the Content in accordance with these terms and conditions will not infringe any intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person; and
- all individuals appearing in the Content have provided all necessary permissions and consents for the use of their name, image, likeness, voice, music and performance embodied in the Content as contemplated by these terms and conditions.
The Content Provider indemnifies ARIA and the ARIA Awards Partners against any loss, damage, claim or expense arising from a breach of the warranties in paragraph 6.
