Red Carpet Amex Fan Zone 2025: ARIA Competition – PRIVACY COLLECTION STATEMENT
ARIA is committed to protecting your privacy and handling all personal information collected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Collection Statement explains what personal information ARIA will collect in the entry form for the Red Carpet Amex Fan Zone 2025: ARIA Competition (the Competition), the purpose of its collection and how it will be stored and handled by ARIA.
Type of Information
As part of the process to submit an entry for the Competition, ARIA will request and collect personal information about you including your name, email address, phone number and age.
PURPOSE and USE
The entry form for the Competition requests certain personal information to assist ARIA in carrying out the following primary functions:
- to determine the eligibility of entrants for the Competition;
- to assess entries;
- to contact the winners about the prize;
- to organise and issue the tickets to the winners and their guests for entry to the ARIA Awards Red Carpet Amex Fan Zone;
- to contact persons about the 2025 ARIA Awards Red Carpet Fan Zone or the 2025 ARIA Awards; and
- to provide persons with information about the event, ARIA and relevant music industry matters.
If you choose not to share certain information with ARIA, please be aware it may not be possible for ARIA to process your entry.

For the Competition entry form, ARIA is using Microsoft Forms. Use of Microsoft Forms is subject to Microsoft Terms of Use and Microsoft Privacy Statement. For customers in Australia, Microsoft Forms processes and stores data within Australia – please see the Microsoft Privacy Policy for further information.
ARIA is using the Humanitix platform as part of the ticketing process. Please refer to the Humanitix Privacy Policy for information about how it handles and uses your personal information.
Raw data and personal information collected via the forms will only be accessible by authorised ARIA personnel, who will only use this information for the approved purposes set out above and are bound by confidentiality constraints. ARIA will not provide the personal information collected from you to anyone else, unless otherwise indicated above, you have given consent for us to do this, or we are authorised or required to do so by law.
ARIA will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that you have provided from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. The personal information will be stored by ARIA on a password protected server and password protected or restricted files which are secured from unauthorised access.
