Adele's Easy On Me hits fourth week at ARIA Singles Chart #1

Adele’s ‘Easy On Me’ notches up its fourth week at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart. The British singer-songwriter has one other track in this week’s Top Ten, with ‘Oh My God’ claiming #10. She’s also at #36 with ‘I Drink Wine’, #39 with ‘My Little Love’ and #40 with ‘Can I Get It’.

Following its debut at #17 last week, ‘ABCDEFU’ by American singer-songwriter Gayle jumps 13 places to hit #4. To date, the track has already hit the Top Ten in Ireland, Germany, Finland and a number of other European markets.

This week marks 52 weeks in the ARIA Top 50 for Glass Animals’ ‘Heat Waves’. Debuting at #45 in December 2020, the track spent six consecutive weeks at #1 in March/April of this year. It’s spent all but one week since the start of February in the Top Ten. Its 44 weeks in the Top Ten hold the record for most weeks in the Top Ten on the ARIA Singles Chart (July 1983-present).

The steady climb of Acraze’s ‘Do It To It’ continues with the track moving up five this week to hit a new peak at #11. The remix of Cherish’s 2006 has entered the Top Ten on charts across Europe.

As has been the case since 2012, Mariah Carey’s 1994 track ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ makes its December return to the ARIA Top 50, hitting #18 this week. The festive season classic has managed to hit #1 on the chart in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Imagine Dragons move up 15 spots to hit #20 with ‘Enemy’, their first Top 50 entry in nearly two years. It equals the peak set by previous chart entry, ‘Bad Liar’ (#20 Jan. ’19).

At #49, British rapper ArrDee makes his ARIA Top 50 debut with ‘Flowers (Say My Name)’. The track has become his second Top Ten and highest peak in the UK, hitting #5.
