Dope Lemon’s golden top 10 debut

Gracie Abrams returns to the top spot on the ARIA Albums Chart this week, with The Secret of Us claiming its third non-consecutive week at #1, while Dope Lemon scores a top 10 debut with Golden Wolf at #8.  

Golden Wolf is Angus Stone’s fifth album under the Dope Lemon name. He hit #11 in 2016 withHoney Bones, #2 in 2019 with Smooth Big Cat, #2 in 2022 with Rose Pink Cadillac and #9 in 2023 with Kimosabe

Under his real name, Angus reached #2 in 2012 with Broken Lights. As part of Angus and Julia Stone, he has racked up five top 10 albums, going to #1 in 2010 with Down The Way and in 2014 with Angus & Julia Stone.  

Legendary UK rock band Pink Floyd debut at #27 with Pink Floyd At Pompeii – MCMLXXII. It’s the first time the historic 1971 concert has been available on vinyl.

Aussie punk band Press Club are new at #71 with their fourth studio album, To All The Ones That I Love. Until now, their best performer was Endless Motion, which topped out at #62 in 2022.  

On the Singles Chart, Alex Warren’s Ordinary retains a lock on the #1 spot for the seventh straight week. It’s the longest running #1 by a solo male artist since 2023, when Morgan Wallen spent eight week on top with Last Night.  

New Yorker Sombr scores his first top 10 hit, as Undressed jumps from #11 to #2; his other charting track, Back To Friends, rises from #19 to #12. Ravyn Lenae also lands her first top 10 track, with Love Me Not up from #12 to #5
