Heat Waves gives Glass Animals fifth week at #1 on ARIA Singles Chart

For the fifth week in a row, ‘Heat Waves’ by Glass Animals sits at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart. This week the UK band released a new remix of the track, featuring American rapper Iann Dior. Dior was previously at #1 as the featured artist on 24kGoldn’s hit ‘Mood’ (#1 Nov. ’20).

As his album Justice debuts at #1, Justin Bieber hits this week’s Singles Chart with five debuts, including ‘Peaches’ at #2. All up, the Canadian artist has nine tracks in this week’s Top 50. He’s also debuted with his collaboration with ARIA Award winner The Kid Laroi ‘Unstable’ (#22), as well as ‘As I Am’ (#23), ‘2 Much’ (#40) and ‘Off My Face’ (#42). Bieber has moved up or re-entered the chart with ‘Hold On’ (#6), ‘Anyone’ (#13), ‘Holy’ (#21) and ‘Lonely’ (#47).

As it hits its sixth week on the chart, ‘Astronaut In The Ocean’ by Masked Wolf moves up ones post to score a new peak at #7. Last week the Sydney rapper topped Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart.

This week’s chart also includes new peaks for Giveon’s ‘Heartbreak Anniversary’ (#15), Riton x Nightcrawlers’ ‘Friday’ (#18), Kalis Uchis’ ‘Telepatía’ (#38) and AJR’s ‘Bang!’ (#43).
