The Promoter is the Australian Recording Industry Association Ltd (“ARIA”), located at Level 4, 11-17 Buckingham St, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The Promoter’s ABN is 72 002 692 944.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Promotion commences on 6 November 2025 at 10:00am (AEDT) and closes on 12 November 2025 at 5:00pm (AEDT) (“Promotional Period”).

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY
  •  Entry is open to persons who reside in Australia aged 16 years and older who have either:
    • a valid email address; or
    • a valid social media account with the relevant social media platform, with their security and privacy settings enabled to allow the Promoter to contact the entrant via direct message if the entrant is the determined as the Prize winner.
  • Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/legal guardian consent to enter the Promotion. Underage winners will also be required to be accompanied their legal guardian to use the prize.
  • Entrants must be contactable by the Promoter in order to be able to claim the Prize by 12:00pm (AEDT) 14 November 2025. If the Promoter cannot contact a winning entrant, that entrant will forfeit their Prize.
  • Entrants must be able to travel to the prize destination to attend the Red Carpet AMEX Fan Zone taking place outside the Horden Pavilion in The Entertainment Quarter, 1 Bent Street, Moore Park NSW, 2021, on 19 November 2025.
  • Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, Phonographic Performance Company of Australia Ltd, and its respective contractors and agents are ineligible to enter this Promotion.

METHOD OF ENTRY

To submit a valid entry, during the Promotional Period entrants must complete a webform accessed from a link supplied by the Promoter. Entrants must answer all questions on the form, including:

1.       providing details about themselves including their name, age and contact details (such as phone number, email or social media handle); and

2.       answer in the designated textbox, in 25 words or less: “Tell us which artist you’re most excited to see on the Red Carpet and why”.

Entrants must also agree to adhere to these Competition Terms and Conditions and the ARIA Privacy Policy.

NUMBER OF ENTRIES

Entrants may only submit one entry per email or social media account. Computer generated entries, entries generated by script, bots or other automated means or entrants with multiple aliases may be ineligible.

JUDGING DETAILS
  • This is a game of skill. Chance does not play a part in determining the Prize winners.
  • The Promoter will select the winners that it deems has meet the entry eligibility criteria and has displayed the best creativity, authenticity and uniqueness in their entry response.
  • The Promoter will select twenty-five (25) entries deemed to best meet the criteria above from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
  • The judging will take place on 13 November 2025 at 11:00am (AEDT) at the Promoter’s offices at Level 4, 11-17 Buckingham St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to the determination of the Prize winners and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZE DETAILS
  • The winners of the Prize will each receive one (1) double pass for admission to the Red Carpet AMEX Fan Zone at The Entertainment Quarter, 1 Bent Street, Moore Park NSW, 2021.
  • RRP per double pass is AU$160 (excl GST). The total value of the Prize is AU$4,000 (excl GST) and is correct as the start of the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.
  • There is a limit of one prize (i.e. 1 x double pass) per winner.
  • Winners must attend the Red Carpet AMEX Fan Zone by 12:30pm (AEDT) on 19 November 2025 at a location at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park that will be advised to winners. Entry to the Red Carpet AMEX Fan Zone is not guaranteed if the winners and/or their guests arrive after the advised arrival time. All Prize winners and their guests must consent to the Conditions of Entry to the Red Carpet AMEX Fan Zone (see below).

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
  • Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any Prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
  • The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the Prize requires participation by a winner’s companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or conditions specified by the Promoter.
  • All attendees at the Red Carpet AMEX Fan Zone must be aged 16 years and over as of 19 November 2025 in order to participate in the Prize. Minors may only participate in the Prize if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The Prize winners and their guests must bring their ID to the registration at the venue. Prize winners under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to enter the Red Carpet AMEX Fan Zone. Any minor that seeks to participate in the Prize without their parent or legal guardian will be refused entry.

  • The Prize is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Promoter and ticker provider, including without limitation any venue conditions, Red Carpet AMEX Fan Zone Entry Conditions (available here), ticket conditions, dress codes or behaviour codes or conduct/standards, bags and large items policy, which will be advised to the Prize winners. This includes the ARIA Awards & Events Behaviour Benchmark. The Prize winner and their guest must also comply with any age restrictions imposed by the venue operator.
  • All costs associated with the Prize that are not expressly listed, are the responsibility of the Prize winner and their guest. The Prize winners and their guests must make their own way to the venue, and are responsible for (without limitation) any costs related to travel (including the costs of flights or other forms of transport), accommodation, spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and any other ancillary costs.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of the Prize and any costs incurred by the Prize winners or their guests (for example, costs related to cancelling or rescheduling travel and accommodation). The Promoter is not responsible if the event is cancelled or rescheduled whereby the Prize winner is prevented from utilising the Prize. Cash, alternative tickets or an alternative prize will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize in these circumstances.
  • The Prize winners and their guests must adhere to any government health or travel advice or regulations.

 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The Prize winners will be notified on 13 November 2025 by email and/or direct message via the relevant social media platform. The Prize winners must contact and provide the requested details to ARIA by 12:00pm (AEDT) on 14 November 2025, or the Prize may be forfeited (see “Unclaimed Prizes” below). The Prize winners may be asked to provide photographic identification or other evidence to verify their identity and age.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES
  • If for any reason whatsoever the Prize winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim the Prize (in whole or in part) by 12:00pm (AEDT) on 14 November 2025, then the Prize will be forfeited by the Prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
  • Unclaimed prizes will be allocated to the next-best entrant as deemed by the Promoter. The new Prize winner will be notified by email and/or direct message via the relevant social media platform.

TAMPERING AND OTHER MATTERS
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions network congestion or for any other reason.
  • The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry by the Promoter and not time of transmission by the entrant.
  • The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into
  • The Prize winner is responsible for any taxes that may be payable as a result of accepting a Prize. The Prize winner is responsible for obtaining their own financial advice before accepting a Prize.
  • Entries that contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, violent, obscene, deceptive or inappropriate material or entries that infringe any third party rights (including privacy or intellectual property rights) will not be accepted by the Promoter as a valid entry.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter, its licensors, members, respective parent companies, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, contractors and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the Prizes awarded. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

TERMINATION

The Promoter may (subject to State Regulations) vary the terms of, or terminate, this Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any entrant or other person. The Promoter will not award the Prizes if the Promotion is terminated.

PUBLICITY

The Promoter will publicise, publish, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, likeness and locality of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion.

Filming and Photography

In order to accept the Prize, the Prize winner and their guest agrees that the AMEX Fan Zone will be filmed and that television cameras may at time obstruct their view. As the event will be filmed, the Prize winner and their guest:

  • agrees that their likeness, voice and/or image may be photographed or filmed at the event;
  • gives their consent to such photographs and recordings being used by ARIA and its licensees, media and news outlets, worldwide in perpetuity in and medium or format without any renumeration; and
  • must follow the reasonable instructions issued by the ARIA production team, venue staff and security at the event.

Any images or recordings captured by a Prize winner or their guest must only be used for non-commercial purpose. Prize winners and their guests may not sell, publish, distribute, license or otherwise commercially exploit images or recordings captured at the event.

FAILURE TO ENFORCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A failure by the Promoter to enforce any one of these Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any other person or entrant.

COPYRIGHT

By entering this Promotion all entrants:

  • license to the Promoter all rights including present and future copyright, to use their entry (in whole or in part) in all media (including, without limitation, the internet) and whether in existence now or created in the future;
  • agree not to assert any moral rights in respect of their entry (wherever and whenever such rights are recognised) against the Promoter, its assigns, licensees and successors in title; and
  • undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.

PRIVACY AND CONTACT DETAILS
  • It is each entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter if the entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period or at the time of the awarding of the Prize.
  • Any personal information supplied by entrants as a part of this Promotion will be used by the Promoter in accordance with the ARIA Privacy Policy (available here: https://www.aria.com.au/privacy-policy). By making a valid entry, entrants agree to be bound by the Privacy Collection Statement available via the webform and the ARIA Privacy Policy. The Promoter may also provide the Prize winner and their guest’s personal information to the provider/seller of the tickets in order to fulfil the Prize.
  • All entrants may have their details removed from the Promoter’s database by contacting the Promoter by sending an email to privacy.mail@aria.com.au . If an entrant requests the removal of their details prior to the conclusion of the Promotional Period and/or the awarding of the Prize, the entrant will forfeit their right to claim any Prize.
