PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
|
The Promotion commences on 11 November 2024 at 12PM (AEDT) and closes on 15 November 2024 at 12PM (AEDT) (“Promotional Period”).

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY
|
- Entry is open to Australian permanent residents aged 16 years and older as of 20 November 2024 who reside in Australia and have a valid email address and phone number which the Promoter can use to contact the entrant if the entrant is determined as the Prize winner. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have a parent's or guardian's consent to enter the Promotion.
- Entrants must be contactable by the Promoter in order to be able to claim the Prize. If the Promoter cannot contact a winning entrant, that entrant will forfeit their Prize.
- Entrants must be able to attend the Prize at the advised time and place.
- Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, Phonographic Performance Company of Australia Ltd, Music Rights Australia Pty Limited, and the respective contractors and agents of each of the aforementioned entities are ineligible to enter this Promotion.

METHOD OF ENTRY
|
In order to enter the Promotion, entrants must during the Promotional Period:
- fill out an entry form using a valid email address and mobile phone number at the ARIA website . When submitting an entry, the entrant has the option to join ARIA’s newsletter mailing list; and
- submit a response to the question on the entry form (in 30 words or less): who are you most excited to see on the ARIA Awards Red Carpet and why?

NUMBER OF ENTRIES
|
Entrants may only submit one entry per email address. Computer generated entries, entries generated by script, bots or other automated means or entrants with multiple aliases may be ineligible.
|
JUDGING DETAILS
|
- This is a game of skill. The most creative winners as judged by representatives of the Promoter will be selected as the winner/s.
- The judging will take place on 15 November 2024 at 1PM (AEDT) at the Promoter’s offices at Level 4, 11-17 Buckingham St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
- The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to the determination of the Prize winner and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZE DETAILS
|
- 100 x double passes to the ARIA AMPLIFIED Superfan Zone on 20 November 2024 at The Entertainment Quarter, 1 Bent Street, Moore Park NSW, 2021 (RRP $50 per ticket)
- The total value of the Prize pool is AUD$10,000.
- There is a limit of one prize (i.e. 1 x double pass) per winner.
- Winners must attend registration at 12:30pm (AEDT) on 20 November 2024 at a location at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park that is advised to the winners, where they will receive their entry to the ARIA AMPLIFIED Fan Zone. Entry to the Fan Zone is not guaranteed if the winners/ and/or their guests arrive after the advised arrival time. All Winners and their guests must consent to the Conditions of Entry to the ARIA Amplified Fan Zone 2024 (see below).
- The Prize values presented in these terms and conditions are correct as at the start of the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
|
- Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any Prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
- The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the Prize requires participation by a winner’s companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or conditions specified by the Promoter.
- The Prize winner and their companion must bring their ID to the registration at the venue. Winners under the age of 18 must bring a signed release form that will be provided by the Promoter – any minor without a signed release form or without their parent or legal guardian as their companion, will be refused entry. Parents/guardians will not be admitted entry without a pass.
- All costs associated with a Prize that are not expressly listed, are the responsibility of the Prize winner and their companion. The Prize winner/s and their companions are responsible for making their own way to the event. The cost of travel and transfer, accommodation, drinks, food and merchandise are not included in the Prize.
- The Prize is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Prize provider, including without limitation any venue conditions, ticket conditions, dress codes or behavioural codes or conduct/standards, bags and large items policy, which will be advised to the prize winners. The Prize winner/s and their companions must also comply with any age restrictions imposed by the venue operator.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date, venue, cancellation or schedule changes associated with the Prize and the Promoter is not responsible if such changes prevent the Prize winner from redeeming the Prize (and cash or an alternative Prize will not be offered in lieu of that element of the Prize).

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND PRIZE DELIVERY
|
- The Prize winner/s will be notified 15 November 2024 via email to the address the entrant provided in the entry form.
- The Prize winner must advise ARIA of all requested details via email within 48 hours after notification by ARIA, or the Prize may be forfeited (see “Unclaimed Prizes” below). The Prize winner may be asked to provide photographic identification or other evidence to verify their identity.
- To enter the event, the Prize winner and their companion will be required to provide their full name and proof of ID to staff at the event where they will register. Staff will have winners’ details on file.

PUBLICATION OF WINNERS
|
The Prize winner’s name and locality will be posted on the ARIA website within fourteen (14) days of the Prize determination. The winner’s name and locality may also be published on the ARIA Instagram and/or ARIA Instagram account. If an entrant is not willing for these uses or disclosures to occur, the entrant cannot participate in the Promotion and will not be eligible to win or claim the Prize.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES
|
- If for any reason whatsoever the Prize winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim the Prize (in whole or in part) within 48 hours from determination of the Prize winner, then the Prize will be forfeited by the Prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
- Unclaimed prizes will be allocated to the next-best entrant as deemed by the Promoter. The new Prize winner will be notified by email or via a phone call to the phone number submitted as a part of the entry. The new winner’s name and locality will be published on the ARIA website.

PUBLICITY
|
The Promoter will publicise, publish, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, likeness and locality of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion.
|
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
|
- In order to accept the Prize, each Prize winner and their companion agrees that the event will be filmed and that television cameras may at times obstruct their view. As the event will be filmed: (i) each Prize winner and their companion agrees that their likeness, voice and/or image may be photographed or filmed at the event and the Prize winner and their companion consent to such photographs and recordings being used by ARIA and its licensees, media and news outlets, in any media, world wide and in perpetuity without any remuneration; and (ii) Prize winners and their companions must follow the reasonable instructions issued by the ARIA production team, venue staff and security at the event.
- Professional cameras and video/audio recording equipment is prohibited. Flash photography is not permitted. Any images or video captured at the event that are captured with a camera, mobile phone or other wireless device cannot be used for any purpose other than for non-commercial purposes. Prize winners and their companions must not license, sell, publish or otherwise commercially exploit photographs or video captured at the event.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
|
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions network congestion or for any other reason.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry by the Promoter and not time of transmission by the entrant.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize winner is responsible for any taxes that may be payable as a result of accepting a Prize. The Prize winner is responsible for obtaining their own financial advice before accepting a Prize.
- Entries that contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, violent, obscene, deceptive or inappropriate material or entries that infringe any third party rights (including privacy or intellectual property rights) will not be accepted by the Promoter as a valid entry.
- A failure by the Promoter to enforce any one of these Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any other person or entrant.
- By entering this Promotion all entrants license to the Promoter all rights including present and future copyright, to use their entry (in whole or in part) in all media (including, without limitation, the internet) and whether in existence now or created in the future; and agree not to assert any moral rights in respect of their entry (wherever and whenever such rights are recognised) against the Promoter, its assigns, licensees and successors in title; and undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
- The Promoter may (subject to State Regulations) vary the terms of, or terminate, this Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any entrant or other person. The Promoter will not award the Prizes if the Promotion is terminated.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
|
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter, Red Rooster its licensors, respective parent companies, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, contractors and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the Prizes awarded. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

PRIVACY & CONTACT DETAILS
|
- It is each entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter if the entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period or at the time of the awarding of the Prize.
- Any personal information supplied by entrants as a part of this Promotion will be used by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Collection Statement and the ARIA Privacy Policy. By making a valid entry, entrants agree to be bound by the ARIA Privacy Policy. The Promoter may also provide the Prize winner and their guest’s personal information to the Prize supplier or the provider/seller of the passes in order to fulfil the Prize.
- All entrants may have their details removed from the Promoter’s database by contacting the Promoter by sending an email to privacy.mail@aria.com.au. If an entrant requests the removal of their details prior to the conclusion of the Promotional Period and/or the awarding of the Prize, the entrant will forfeit their right to claim any Prize.
