Olivia Dean’s The Art Of Loving leads the ARIA Albums Chart for the 12th non-consecutive week. It’s the longest running #1 album by a female artist since Sabrina Carpenter’s Short N’ Sweet ruled for 14 weeks in 2024-25.
The release of the The Final Hour extended version sends Laufey’s A Matter of Time rocketing from #43 to #2 on the Albums Chart, matching its peak last year, as well as #1 on the Vinyl Chart.
American country star Ella Langley debuts at #4 with her second album, Dandelion. The lead single, Choosin’ Texas, holds at #4 on the singles chart this week, while follow up Be Her jumps from #72 to #33. Her 2024 album, Hungover, peaked at #26 last week and is at #30 this week.
The Coachella effect is evident on this week’s chart as Sabrina Carpenter’s former #1 albums climb, with Man’s Best Friend up from #13 to #5 and Short N’ Sweet up from #11 to #7, while Justin Bieber’s former #2 album Swag jumps from #54 to #12.
Perth punk band Sly Withers’ To Be Honest is new at #11 and #1 on the Australian Albums Chart. It’s their fourth album and third to land in the ARIA chart: Gardens peaked at #10 in 2021 and Overgrown also reached #10 in 2022.
English singer-songwriter Holly Humberstone arrives at #18 with Cruel World. It’s her second album and first appearance on the ARIA charts.
Baby Keem’s Ca$ino rockets from #100 to #21; it had peaked at #13 in February this year. Its resurgence has been sparked by its release on physical formats.
Olivia Dean’s two big hits continue to replace each other at the top of the Singles Chart. After being bumped out of the #1 spot last week by Man I Need, Olivia and Sam Fender’s Rein Me In returns to the summit for a second non-consecutive week. Olivia also holds at #6 with her former #2 hit So Easy (To Fall In Love).
Justin Bieber’s Daisies jumps up from #36 to #10. It spent one week at #1 in July last year. Yukon is also up from #81 to #23; it peaked at #13 last year.
Katseye are new at #19 with Pinky Up. It’s the second top 50 hit for the group, which has members from the US, the Philippines, South Korea and Switzerland: Gabriela peaked at #27 earlier this year.
Tame Impala’s Currents holds the top spot on the ARIA On Replay Albums Chart and Dominic Fike’s Babydoll keeps at #1 on the singles chart.
