2026 ARIA Hall of Fame Ticket Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Policy details how Australian Recording Industry Association Ltd (ABN 72 002 692 944) (ARIA) will handle and process requests for ticket refunds for the 2026 ARIA Hall of Fame event (the Event). This Policy should be read in conjunction with the 2026 ARIA Hall of Fame Ticket Terms & Conditions. This Policy operates in accordance with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Scope
This Policy covers the original purchaser of the tickets (referred to as “you” or “your” in this Policy) who purchased tickets from ARIA for the 2026 ARIA Hall of Fame event.
3. Cancellation of the Event
Where the Event is cancelled by ARIA and not rescheduled, all of your purchased tickets will be cancelled and ARIA will refund to you the original ticket price paid by you in full for the tickets.
