ARIA is thrilled to announce that pop sensation Sienna Spiro will take the stage at the 2026 ARIA Awards in partnership with Spotify on Wednesday, 18 November at Sydney’s Hordern Pavillion, fresh from her newly released debut album Visitor.
Sienna Spiro will join an illustrious list of international artists that have performed at the ARIA Awards including Olivia Dean, Alicia Keys, Ava Max, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Halsey, Kane Brown, Khalid, Lorde, One Direction, Robbie Williams, Sam Smith, Taylor Swift and Pixies.
At just 21 years old, Spiro has amassed more than 33 million monthly listeners on Spotify and 2 billion streams in total, landed three simultaneous Billboard Hot 100 singles and six ARIA Singles Chart entries. Visitor is currently sitting at its 14th consecutive week in the ARIA Albums Chart top 10, having peaked at #3 in July.
Spiro's connection with Australian audiences continues as she returns to Australia for her second visit after an intimate fan event at Newtown's Pleasure Club in 2025. Sienna's highly anticipated Visitor Tour across Australia and New Zealand in January 2027 sold out within hours, moving more than 30,000 tickets. The overwhelming demand follows a remarkable run of ARIA-certified success, with Die On This Hill earning Platinum status, while You Stole The Show, MAYBE, Material Lover and The Visitor have all been certified Gold.
Sienna Spiro said, "So excited and honoured to be performing at the 2026 ARIA Awards. I love Australia and can’t wait to be back!”
The accolades have continued to stack up throughout the year. Spiro won Best New Artist at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, was shortlisted for the BRIT Awards Critics' Choice, named to Forbes' 30 Under 30, received two American Music Award nominations for Best Vocal Performance and Breakthrough Pop Artist, and has been profiled by ELLE, NYLON, Interview Magazine, Rolling Stone, Dazed, The New York Times, V Magazine and The Hollywood Reporter.
Her emotionally rich songwriting, powerhouse vocals and cinematic performances have propelled her from breakout talent to international phenomenon in record time. Her ability to blend raw vulnerability with soaring pop melodies has positioned her as one of the year's most talked-about emerging artists, hailed by Variety as: "the world's next pop vocal superhero... One of the greatest voices of her generation, she's likely to be entertaining us for decades to come, Spiro has become one of the defining new voices of global pop.”
Winners will be crowned on Wednesday, 18 November at the iconic Hordern Pavilion on Gadigal land during the 40th Year Anniversary Event. Artists will be celebrated across 29 categories.
