ARIA is deeply saddened to announce the cancellation of the inaugural In Conversation, due to take place this evening, as a result of illness. All ticket holders will receive a full refund.

The Wombats’ singer and guitarist, Murph, said: “It breaks my heart that I am not able to participate in tonight’s event, but I need to prioritise rest and recovery to be at my best for tomorrow night’s show in Canberra.”

In Conversation is a new event series bringing Australian music fans, aspiring artists and industry professionals closer to some of the world’s biggest acts as they chat exclusively to local legends. A new event will be announced soon.

All proceeds from In Conversation will be donated to Support Act, Australia's music industry charity providing relief to musicians, managers, crew and music workers left unable to work due to ill health, injury, mental health issues or crisis interruption
