Yolŋu indie rockers, King Stingray release their debut, self-titled album featuring Let’s Go which peaked at #16 in the ARIA Aus Singles Chart, as well as Milkumana, Get Me Out and Camp Dog. The body was recorded and produced between the Northern Territory, Brisbane, and Byron Bay and combines the sounds of contemporary rock with Yolŋu manikay (traditional songlines).

Art vs Science release their third Studio album and first in seven years, Big Overdrive. The group refer to the record as “a collection of tracks written over most of the band’s lifespan, with an emphasis on songs which we think are beautiful in their weirdness. The themes of the songs span love, loss, exuberance, life, death and passion. And dancing.”

5 years later, Calvin Harris, is back with the sequel to his 2017 album, Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 which peaked at #5 in the ARIA Albums Chart. The new record is titled, Funk Wav Bounces Vol.2 and boasts an all star list of features including Dua Lipa, Young Thug, 21 Savage, Halsy, Justin Timberlake, Parrell, Busta Rhymes, Jorja Smith, Snoop Dogg, Swae Lee and Pusha T among many more. 

Following classic albums Harvest which charted at #1 in the ARIA Albums Chart and Mirrorball which peaked at #4, Neil Young is back with a live album Noise & Flowers. The record is the companion to a concert movie that will immortalise Neil Young’s Promise of the Real - 2019 European tour. 

Russian feminist group Pussy Riot release their brand new album Matriarchy Now. The record was executive produced by and features performances from Tove Lo as well as guest spots from Big Freedia, Salem Ilese, Kito, Hudson Mohawke, Slayyyter, Phoebe Ryan and more. Ahead of release the collective shared Plastic featuring US rapper iLoveMakonnen.

US rapper Eminem drops Curtain Call 2 the compilation sequal to Curtain Call: The Hits (Dec. 05) which debuted at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart with songs such as “My Name Is,” “The Way I Am” and the Academy Award-winning “Lose Yourself.”
