#NewMusicFriday: Luke Hemmings, Iggy Azalea, Polish Club and more out now!

5 Seconds of Summer lead singer Luke Hemmings releases his debut solo album When Facing the Things We Turn Away From. It comes one year after 5 Seconds of Summer's album CALM (#1 May ‘20) which landed them at #35 on 2020 ARIA End Of Year Albums Chart. Three singles from the album have been released including ‘Starting Line’, ‘Motion’ and ‘Place In Me’.

Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, releases her third studio album The End Of An Era, the follow up to Wicked Lips. Three singles from the album have been released including ‘I Am The Stripclub’, ‘Brazil’, ‘Sex On the Beach’.

Sydney garage-rock duo Polish Club release their third studio album Now We’re Cooking. The follow up to their 2019 release Iguana (#20 Jun ‘19) features the singles ‘Just Talking’, ‘Stop For A Minute’ and ‘No Heaven’. David Novak and John-Henry Pajak of Polish Club were nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2017 ARIA Music Awards for their debut studio album Alright Already (#19 Apr ‘17).

Seven-time Grammy-nominees The Killers release their seventh studio album Pressure Machine. It follows their 2020 release Imploding The Mirage (#1 Sep ’20) which became their third chart-topping album in Australia. The new album features Phoebe Bridgers on the track ‘Runaway Horses’. 

British electronic duo Jungle release their third studio album Loving In Stereo. Three years after their second studio album, For Ever, it includes the singles ‘Keep Moving’, ‘Talk About It’, ‘Romeo’ and ‘Truth’. 

English folk singer-songwriter Jade Bird releases her second album Different Kinds Of Light. Two years after the release of her self-titled debut, three singles from the new album have been released including ‘Headstart’, ‘Houdini And ‘Open Up The Heavens’.

British punk rock band Trash Boat release their third studio album Don't You Feel Amazing?. It comes three years after their second album Crown Shyness. A single has been released from the new album titled ‘He’s So Good’.
