Sycco is back with her second single for 2022 ‘Jinx’. ‘Jinx’ takes a more electronic direction that Sycco’s previous releases returning fuzzy synths and heavy bass sounds. Along with the track Sycoo also released a VHS-inspired music video directed by Callum Harrison.

Yolŋu rapper Baker Boy returns for his first new music since the release Gela (which debuted at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart and #1 on the Australian Albums Chart) with ‘Wish You Well’ feat. Bernard Fanning. The track is a reimagining by Fanning’s original by the same title which debut at ____ in 

Yolŋu Surf-rockers King Stingray released their latest single ‘Let’s Go’ as well as announcing plans to released their debut self titled album this August. 'Let’s Go' follows on from their previous singles ‘Hey Wanhaka’ in October 2020, ‘Get Me Out’ the following January, ‘Milkumana’ that August, and ‘Camp Dog’ back in March.

Thelma Plum returned with ‘Backseat Of My Mind’ May 2022 with her first new single since 'These Days’ (2020). Thelma Plum's debut album ‘Better In Black’ saw the Gamilaraay musician nominated for 5 ARIAs at the 2019 ARIA Awards and debuted at #4 on the ARIA CHarts

Late last year Malyangapa and Barkindji woman BARKAA released her single Blak Matriarchy alongside a powerful video directed and edited by Seline Miles. Blak Matriarchy landed BARKAA in the top 10 on the ARIA hip-hop and R&B Charts.

Coodjinburra man Budjerah delighted fans a few months back when he released his own interpretation of Ed Sheeran’s single ‘2step’. Budjerah was introduced to Sheeran at last year's awards where he was presented with the ARIA for Breakthrough Artist by Sheeran.
