Drivers License gives Olivia Rodrigo sixth week at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart

For the sixth straight week, Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Drivers License’ holds #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart. Much like here in Australia, the track continues to dominate charts across the globe. It’s yet to leave the #1 spot in both the UK and US.

American rapper Lil Tjay makes his debut on the Singles Chart as a lead artist as he teams up with American singer 6lack on ‘Calling My Phone’. Lil Tjay has previously charted as the featured artist on Pop Smoke’s ‘Mood Swing’ (#5 Sept. ’20). 6lack last charted when he collaborated with Khalid and Ty Dolla Sign on ‘OTW’ (#27 Jun. ’18).

Moving up five places in its fifth week in the Top 50, Travis Scott & HVME's ‘Goosebumps (Remix)’ cracks the Top Ten for the first time. It becomes the fifth Top Ten single from Travis Scott and his first since ‘The Scotts’ (#4 May ’20).

American star P!nk and her daughter Willow Sage Hart debut at #15 with ‘Cover Me In Sunshine’. Recorded at their home in California, the pair released the track as a Valentine’s Day gift to fans. Having charted late in 2020 with the duet with Keith Urban, ‘One Too Many’ (#6 Sept. ’20), P!nk last charted on her own with ‘Hurts 2B Human’ (#48 May ’19).

Debuting at #21, Taylor Swift gives us the first taste of her re-recorded back catalogue with ‘Love Story (Taylor’s Version)’. The new version of the song originally released as a single in 2008 comes from the re-recorded version of Swift’s second album, Fearless, which is set for release in April. ‘Love Story’ became the American singer-songwriter’s first #1 single in Australia when it spent two weeks in the top spot in March/April 2009.

Dua Lipa debuts at #27 with ‘We’re Good’. The track comes from the deluxe edition of the British singer-songwriter’s second album, Future Nostalgia (#1 Apr. ’20) entitled The Moonlight Edition. ‘We’re Good’ is the fifth Future Nostalgia track to hit the ARIA Top 50.

In its third week in the chart, Ava Max’s ‘My Head & My Heart’ jumps from #41 to #29.

Sydney hip hop artist Masked Wolf makes his ARIA Top 50 debut at #47 with ‘Astronaut In The Ocean’. The track was originally released in mid-2019 before being re-released in January of this year. As well as charting here in Australia, it has begun to make waves on charts in the UK and across Europe.
