Jimmy Barnes aiming for new ARIA Charts record

On last week’s ARIA Charts, Ed Sheeran scored his sixth #1 single as he debuted in the top spot with ‘Bad Habits’. Over on the Albums Chart, SOUR by Olivia Rodrigo held #1 for a sixth straight week.

Which artists could make an impact on this week’s ARIA Charts?


Releasing 20th studio album, Flesh And Blood, Jimmy Barnes will be aiming for his 13th solo #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Barnes already holds record for most #1 albums and could extend his lead.

ARIA Hall Of Fame members The Seekers could chart with Live In The UK, compiling their final tour in 2014.

This week’s chart could see moves from Pitbull’s Greatest Hits and Cold Chisel’s The Best Of Cold Chisel: All For You, among others.


American rapper Megan Thee Stallion could score her second solo Top 50 entry with ‘Thot S**t’.

Featuring Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon and The National’s Aaron Dessner, American indie folk band Big Red Machine could make their chart debut with the Taylor Swift collaboration ‘Renegade’.

Look out for moves up this week’s Singles Chart by Maneskin’s ‘Beggin’ and ‘I Wanna Be Your Slave’ and Marshmello & Jonas Brothers’ ‘Leave Before You Love Me’.
