‘Rockstar’ by rapper DaBaby manages to take out a third straight week at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart. This week, the song has reached a new peak in the US, hitting #3.
‘Breaking Me’ by Topic climbs seven spots to hit the Top Ten for the first time at #7. It overtakes ‘Home’ (#11 May ’16) as the German producer’s highest peak on the ARIA Singles Chart.
In its seventh week in the Top 50, ‘This City’ by Sydney-born, LA-based songwriter Sam Fischer moves up four spots to snare a new peak at #17. The track’s success has been helped by its popularity on TikTok.
After debuting at #34 last week, ‘Go Crazy’ by Chris Brown and Young Thug jumps up 14 spots to claim a new peak at #20. To date, the track has peaked at #9 in New Zealand.
With new track ‘Bruises’ hitting the chart at #46, Lewis Capaldi has moved back up four to #22 with ‘Before You Go’ and up seven to #24 with ‘Someone You Loved’.
This week’s chart also features new peaks for StaySolidRocky’s ‘Party Girl’ (#29) and Kygo & OneRepublic’s ‘Lose Somebody’ (#31).

#8: Lady Gaga ‘Sour Candy’ – On top of claiming the #1 spot on this week’s Albums Chart with Chromatica, Lady Gaga debuts in the Top Ten for the second time in as many weeks; this time hitting #8 with ‘Sour Candy’. The collaboration with South Korean girl group Blackpink is the third track from Gaga’s sixth studio album to chart in the Top Ten after ‘Stupid Love’ (#7 Mar. ’20) and ‘Rain On Me’ (#2 Jun. ’20).
#46: Lewis Capaldi ‘Bruises’ – Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi notches up his third Top 50 entry on the Singles Chart as he hits #46 with ‘Bruises’. The track was first released by Capaldi in 2017 as his debut single before appearing on his debut EP Bloom and later, his debut album, Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent (#7 Jan. ’20). Capaldi has previously charted with ‘Someone You Loved’ (#4 Jun. ’19) and ‘Before You Go’ (#7 Mar. ’20).
#49: Tones And I ‘Ur So F**kInG cOoL’ – Multiple ARIA Award-winner Tones And I takes out her second new entry on the Singles Chart in 2020 with ‘Ur So F**kInG cOoL’. It comes two months on from ‘Bad Child’ (#15 Apr. ’20), which is at #38 this week. Tones And I’s record-breaking chart-topper ‘Dance Monkey’ sits at #19 on the chart this week; its 52nd week in the Top 50.
