Big moves for Calvin Harris, Maggie Lindemann, Macklemore and more!

It’s the ninth consecutive week Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee have held #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart the Justin Bieber-featured single ‘Despacito’.

A jump of four spots to #5 for ‘Feels’ in its fourth week in the top 50 gives Calvin Harris a sixth lead artist top five on the Singles Chart. He first hit the top five with ‘Sweet Nothing’ (#2 Oct. ’12) and was most recently there with ‘This Is What You Came For’ (#1 Jun. ’15).

In its seventh week in the top 50, Maggie Lindemann’s ‘Pretty Girl’ moves up seven spots to crack the top 20 for the first time at #16. The track has already been a top ten hit in the UK, peaking at #9.

After dropping out of the top 50 for a week, Macklemore’s debut solo Singles Chart appearance, ‘Glorious’ re-enters this week at #22 and picks up a new peak in the process.

Elsewhere on the chart, this week sees new peaks for Rita Ora’s ‘Your Song’ (#12), French Montana’s ‘Unforgettable’ (#18), Sam Hunt’s ‘Body Like A Back Road’ (#23), Childish Gambino’s ‘Redbone’ (#28), Post Malone’s ‘Congratulations’ (#31) and Camila Cabello’s ‘Crying In The Club’ (#43).

Debuts:

#19: Kesha ‘Praying’ – American singer-songwriter Kesha returns to the ARIA Singles Chart top 50 for the first time since 2013 with ‘Praying’. The single is the first to be released from Kesha’s forthcoming third album Rainbow. She last charted with ‘Crazy Kids’ (#32 May ’13).

#39: Zedd & Liam Payne ‘Get Low’ – German producer Zedd teams up with ex-One Direction member Liam Payne for ‘Get Low’. It’s Zedd’s follow-up to the Alessia Cara collaborations ‘Stay’ (#3 Apr. ’17). It gives Payne a second entry in this week’s top 50; ‘Strip That Down’ sits at #4.
